Challenge

Simplify and build loyalty in the B2B world of Wella customers.
The haircare brand was on a mission to transform a range of salon-related activities and optimize its online presence through a series of educational processes aimed at increasing sell-in and positioning towards sell-out.

Solution

Our team planned a series of omnichannel activities that could simplify, digitize, and improve the brand performance.
We immersed ourselves in the Wella world to carry out a deep business innovation improving the User Experience of the B2B world as well as give a new image to the B2C market achieved in parallel. A new brand perception was achieved, more in line with current trends.
