AN APP TO MAKE THE TEST DRIVE EXPERIENCE DIGITAL AND INNOVATIVE.

Jaguar, a historic British brand, is an emblem of passion and timeless elegance. It is one of the most prestigious automakers in the premium automotive market.

Performance, comfort, design and safety are the main characteristics of the British brand .

What we did

Challenge

To design a mobile application that could make users autonomous in managing their own test drive process; from booking to delivery, from follow-up to monitoring the use of demonstration cars.

An application that has both B2B (for dealers) and B2C functionality, towards thousands of Jaguar customers.

Solution

Our solution was to create a quick and user-friendly app that could quickly collect customer data and profile them in a smart and engaging way.
To do this, we created an initial phase of information gathering through interviews of both dealers and customers to understand their full needs.

As a next step, we highlighted the 4 load-bearing sections for development: Calendar, Time of Preference, Car Type, and Driving Feedback.
In conclusion, we developed a set of questions to profile the customer and build a useful database for remarketing activities.
